Check your tyres
As we see a huge increase in rainfall over the coming months, you will soon notice the wet and slippery conditions of the roads that you are driving on. Your tyres are always bound to feel the effect of the wet roads, so it is important to check them regularly throughout Autumn. If you ensure your tyres are the correct pressure and in good condition it will help to avoid slips, slides and wheel-spins. By having your tyre pressure and tread depth checked, you will be able to keep on top of these issues.
Wind Screen Wipers
With the increase in rainfall over the Autumn months that we have previously mentioned, there is another part of your car that is going to come into use more than usual… your wind screen wipers! You are likely to have not used your wipers much during Summer, so you should make sure you check that they are in good working order. Have Your Battery Checked
As the weather turns colder, it is important that your vehicle’s battery is fully charged, in order for your car to start without any issues.
